Arizona Trip

Last week we headed down to Arizona for my brother-in-law Kent's wedding. We stopped for the night at my parents both on the way there and the way back. 4 days/5 of our trip were spent driving at least 5 hours 😌 So it didn't really feel like a vacation but it was fun and we are happy we could make it to their wedding!

The kids all did really well in the car. They are old pros by now.

We went to Shelby's parents house for a dinner the night before the wedding. These were then only pictures I took ft. Esther enjoying a root beer float. 

These girls were soooo excited by the hotel pool. They swam three times during our short stay and you might've thought swimming in that hotel pool was the most exciting thing to ever happen to them. Leland took Israel to swim once too but I didn't get a picture. 

Wedding day! We were a hot mess with a forgotten recommended, baby screaming in the waiting room of the temple, being late and wardrobe malfunctions, but we made it!

After going out to lunch, then back to the hotel for a nap we headed to the reception. I can't get over how cute Israel looked in his outfit. The kids all loved the reception venue with all the fountains.

The girls were so cute dancing together every song. This blurry picture was the best I got.

The next day we drove 7ish hours to my parents and then on Saturday we took the girls to "Grandma's dinosuar park" which they have been talking about all the time since we went at Thanksgiving. They loved the train and Israel was so cute in the splashpad. We didn't have a lot of time but next time I will bring swimsuits for them.
