Ten Months with Israel

This month's photo shoot was pretty much a failure. Israel has outgrown all his white onesies so we had to make do with a white diaper ha. Then as soon as I lay him down for pictures he rolls over and darts for the letterboard to pull off all of the letters and eat them haha. This baby is on the move and he won't sit still for anything.

Anyways, here is a little update about our Israel. He is crawling all over the place and pulling to stand on everything. He can cruise along furniture and he is pretty close to being able to walk while pushing something. I amend my previous statement and I'm pretty sure he'll be walking at 12 months if not before.

He has two more teeth on top that broke through and now he is getting two more teeth on bottom. Teething + the time change + sickness has made sleep so rough these past few weeks. I feel like I am in the newborn stage again except maybe even more tired than that... We still love him though and I suppose I can sleep again in like 20 years.

Israel had a bad stomach virus all of last week. It was sad, but I am so grateful for breastfeeding because breast milk was all he could hold down and the only thing he would eat most days.We got through it though and now he is back to devouring any food we'll give him. He is quite advanced with his eating and can chew up everything even with no teeth.

Israel has started babbling up a storm. "Dada" can go down on the official record for his first word. That's 3/3 for our kids haha. Maybe someday I'll have a baby that says Mama for their first word. He growls all the time and the girls say he turns into Jack-Jack (from incredibles) when he's mad which is pretty accurate.

Isri continues to be a giant. He wears 24 month clothes and some 2T stuff. His feet are round balls of chub that no shoes fit on haha. He wears size 5 diapers. Luckily we are almost to naked season where he can just wear only a diaper.

Israel loves to be outside and crawl around and explore. He loves water and he loves eating. He loves to laugh and initiates games of peekaboo all the time. He frequently interrupts sacrament meeting with his loud hysterical laughter haha. He doesn't like diaper changes or being restrained in his carseat. He tolerates the carrier but would rather explore than cuddle. He reminds me a lot of Esther and I think he will be a very busy toddler!
