Esther's Kitty Party

On Saturday we had Esther's birthday celebration, as she called it. She has been planning her kitty party for months and was so excited. The week before my family was in town so she opened presents from Grandma and Grandpa.

As I wrote about in my last post, we had given her Birdie and Fawn for an early present. Since it was early she insisted they were not a present ha. But she loves them and they are very patient with her and Adele. 

On the day of her party she wanted to go swimming, Adele was a little sick so it ended up just being her and Leland going swimming. She loves it though and we promised Adele we will go again when she is better. 

When the time of her party came Esther was so excited. Her one other request was a pinata, so we made that happen even though we had to do it indoors. She had fun playing with her cousins and opening her presents. We got her one of these Water Wow books so she would have something to open from us. The girls both love these and it keeps them occupied for long periods of time at church or in the car. I just saw they have a Bible stories one that would be great for doing at church. 

Esther loved all her presents and all the attention she got ha. She is so cute and happy in all of her pictures. I am glad we got to celebrate our sweet four year old.
