Here Comes the Sun
Thanks for all the love after my last post. Good news to report, after Adele's appointment with the surgeon we decided to do another ultrasound in a month to see if things are healing without surgery since they sometimes do. So fingers crossed that everything looks good in a month and she doesn't need surgery.
It has been warming up these past few days and we have been soaking up every minute we can. It has been a nice change and we are all feeling better for it. Right after the above picture was taken Esther was throwing snow off a bridge into a small stream of water below and she fell in head first! The water was only a couple of inches deep and the bridge was only about a foot above the water but I still felt terrible. She was a little scared to and had a bump on her head but was fine soon after. I guess that's what happens when you are a wild child.
Catch me Mama!
Adele pictured where she spends 90% of church these days, in the halls. :)
We finally turned Esther's car seat forward facing since she was just about to the limits for rear facing. She seems like such a big girl now! But she still looks like a little baby when she sleeps. And she likes to keep her legs scrunched up just like they were before.
On Sunday we went to Leland's sister's house to watch the Super Bowl. The girl's both love playing with their cousin Eva who is only 4 months younger than Esther.
Shopping cart shenanigans.
Adele seems so much older now that she's walking! I guess she's an official toddler. This was her first time playing at the park, she was very timid and still preferred Mama to hold her most of the time.
Adele is so sweet. She is teething and loves to cuddle even more than usual right now. P.S. look at her tiny converse that I found at Goodwill for $2!
